香港愈黎愈多粉麵餐廳,尼間既有麵食,又有粥品,岩哂想食清淡既朋友。環境舒服衛生乾淨,有d冰室feel,與同類鋪頭比較,環境衛生更勝一籌。叫左鳳城水餃,牛腩米粉(雙拼$41),蔥花蝦米腸粉($22),飲品。一坐低,侍應就會俾個碟仔,隨意夾枱面上既醃蘿蔔。蘿蔔酸酸地,好開胃。而且,蘿蔔切得夠大粒,有口感。牛腩量多,有4至5件,仲有少少牛筋。肉唔會韌,唔會食到痴牙,入味。水餃有2粒,餡料有大大粒原隻蝦,仲要係醃過,亦有一大片厚身冬菇,木耳,鮮甜好食,必叫水餃。蔥花蝦米腸粉既米漿好稠,所以食落口係厚身,食2至3件已經有飽足感。有多蔥同蝦米,好香口。如果想要多d豉油,可以同侍應講。豆漿係香港製,好貼心俾左個杯,方便飲用。當日咁岩見到師傅拉麵條既過程,原來可以買生麵,每個$8。即日製作,夠新鮮。
