本人是剛剛先開Openrice,又唔知寫咩好,不過有一樣食物令我好難忙,有一日,我想同我媽咪去飲茶,唸住做下孝順仔,去了一間廣場,那裡有一間桃源酒家,那裡點心很精緻,賣相亦很好,不過價錢就比較貴一些而當中有一碟小食,叫冰燒五層肉,其實即是燒腩肉,不過制法不同它是未解凍就燒,所以每一粒五層肉都能保持肉汁,而且皮很脆,一入口即刻熔化每層的肉和脂肪分得明顯,令人食完又想食多粒
