To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前去吃小曼谷泰國美食都要山長水遠去九龍城,現在方便多了,終於衝出九龍城,在元朗開設分店,超近我們家,如果想吃小曼谷的泰國菜,去元朗店就可以。著重吃菜的媽媽一定要最少點一碟泰式馬拉盞炒通菜,沒想到這惹味鮮香,爽脆無比的炒通菜竟然打動到不愛吃菜的弟弟,他一口接一口的吃著。我驚訝說簡直是奇蹟,他說這泰式馬拉盞炒通菜鹹香得宜,令他吃上癮。泰式鐵板蠔餅也是另一亮點,蠔餅用筷子敲會發出脆脆的聲響,太酥脆吧,而且亳不油膩。蠔仔更是每顆肥碩飽滿,當咀嚼時,蛋香與蠔鮮在唇齒間竄出,讓我們非常滿足。鮮菠蘿雞肉炒飯沒有加入太多調味,主要靠食香炒提味,味道恰到好處,雞肉滑嫩,用料扎實,飯粒粒粒分明且吸飽了鮮菠蘿的甜美,吃到炒飯的原味,弟弟則最愛把蓬鬆的肉鬆混在一起吃。蟹肉雞絲魚肚羹上桌一剎那,豐富的湯羹迎面而來,我們都大讚它名符其實,用料極大方,每一口都嚐到蟹肉,雞絲,魚肚,令全家食指大動其鮮甜,我們更是第一次不用拌醋調味已覺得好吃的湯羹。蟹肉,雞絲,魚肚燉煮交錯出來的滋味,回味無窮。火紅色澤的辣椒膏炒海鮮,我預備好我的胃了,哈哈。海鮮醬汁惹味香辣,足以讓味蕾開懷,胃口大增,媽媽就是喜歡它辣中帶甜的緩衝。海
