To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天下午點了一個雞排公仔面, 面送到時, 不但冷, 而且只有一小塊雞排馬上叫了店長過來幫忙換一碗等了十五分鐘後, 首先拿上來的是一份 甜的烘排包, 那時我想: 算了, 只是一塊包, 難食也罷店長把那一碗浸淋了的公仔面重新拿過來, 更以惡劣的態度向我說:「咪係晒個底囉」如果他馬上幫我換一碗, 我是接受的但店員竟然將漏放雞排的責任推給客人, 更以惡劣態度侍客垃圾, 永遠都冇下次, 寧願俾貴多少少食樓上樓下都一定不會再食佢, 貼錢買難受的經歷
