To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到網上有片皮鴨放題任食三個鐘，即刻上嚟試吓佢啦！！我哋7:30去到其實都係得四枱客～ *一坐低經理竟然同我哋講話啲片皮鴨擺喺室溫叫我哋隨便攞嚟食，已經覺得瀨晒野片皮鴨係主打，都夠膽擺室溫，仲要食落係「全凍既～」終於清晒啲鴨喇，聽到經理話隻鴨燒緊，滿心期待一片完即刻去攞啦⋯都係凍既～我唔明點解從來都冇人講過呢個片皮鴨放題嘅伏位，相信好多人知道片皮鴨唔係熱嘅都唔會嚟食囉！！網上訂位$198/位，去到再加左百幾蚊服務費，極度不值！亦唔會再幫襯！
