To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 海之戀商場地下的韓樂是我經常去的餐廳。他們的凍檸茶是我的最愛。不同於一般的凍檸茶，店家將檸檬肉打碎並均勻地散落在整杯茶中，不使用檸檬片或檸檬核。這種做法使得茶的味道更加均衡，檸檬的風味更為濃郁。喝下去非常清爽，絕對是夏日的最佳選擇。韓樂的野味豚肉湯麵也很值得推薦。湯底有點像拉麵的豚肉湯底，非常濃郁。韓式豚肉微辣，非常開胃，讓人難以忘懷。配上鹵水蛋，味道更加完美，令人垂涎欲滴。整體來說，韓樂的價格平民貼地，食物質素也不錯。如果你正在尋找價格實惠而又美味的餐廳，韓樂絕對是一個不錯的選擇。
