繼續放工搵食系列... 今日好有雅興, 坐幾個站地鐵去天后搵食... 鎖定咗一間泰國菜同一間甜品店...先食泰國菜, 門外搭了棚, 門前有個傳統報紙檔...店外可以望到店內的Open Kitchen...一貫泰式餐廳風格, 擺放了鮮花供奉神明...時間尚早, 店內未有其他客人... 我地有卡位坐之餘仲可以揀位, 緊係坐係隻大帆船側邊啦...好, 睇下餐牌有咩好食先...泰式大蝦金邊粉 $72-- 飯麵唔係應該最遲上嘅咩?!! 居然最早來?!! 金邊粉炒得均勻, 軟硬適中, 少少酸少少甜, 加埋櫻花蝦的鮮, 花生碎的香, 肉質爽脆的大蝦, 整體味道配合得好平衡, 好味, 食幾注就無晒...沙嗲串燒 (豬/雞) 半打 $68-- 豬肉及雞肉各半, 賣相不俗... 先試雞肉, 唔蘸沙嗲醬住, 嗯, 好香喎, 應該用金不換醃過, 面頭有少少青綠色, 肉質柔軟, 少少焦香, 好味呀!!! 再試下蘸埋沙嗲醬, 沙嗲醬好杰身, 花生的香味好強勁, 好味!!! 到豬肉, 都係用金不換醃過, 好香, 肉質柔軟, 少少焦香, 好味!!! 一樣係蘸唔蘸沙嗲醬都咁正!!!焗酥皮青咖喱 (雞/牛腩) $138-
