好多人唔太鍾意食苦瓜,但會用嚟炆斑頭腩!😋呢一間海鮮酒家個涼瓜炆頭腩亦係我成日嚟食嘅原因之一,今日諗住照平時咁嗌幾個小菜share黎食,俾店員停一停我,介紹我話而家個涼瓜炆頭腩有新菜單配上一杯純米大吟釀,咁當然要試一試佢啦,價錢同平時差唔多又唔係特別貴,而且佢好似係由唎酒師精心搭配過,小弟相信人地嘅專業!😛涼瓜頭腩炒到出嚟非常掛汁,大大減少左涼瓜本身嘅苦澀味,加上斑腩食大大嚿,鮮甜彈牙,就本身一碟餸黎講已經唔錯,加埋淡麗辛口嘅呢杯sake,十分平衡,2者都帶出各自淡淡的餘韻🤔不錯不錯👍🏻

涼瓜頭腩炒到出嚟非常掛汁,大大減少左涼瓜本身嘅苦澀味,加上斑腩食大大嚿,鮮甜彈牙,就本身一碟餸黎講已經唔錯,加埋淡麗辛口嘅呢杯sake,十分平衡,2者都帶出各自淡淡的餘韻🤔不錯不錯👍🏻
