滑蛋韭黃炒鮮牛肉飯啲蛋真係好似個餸名咁滑呀!牛肉唔會話好難咬好韌。蔥油雞,嫩滑,蔥香令人食慾大振,雞都好滑,皮薄,加埋啲汁都幾惹味!!明顯吃得出雞是有品質的,吃下去的感覺,雞味非常濃郁!灼菜心菜心十分鮮嫩鮮甜,完全無渣,就算食莖嘅部分都食唔到渣。菜同莖分量剛好——各佔一半。菜心灼到好淰,因為加左啲油,入口唔會乾爭爭。雪菜毛豆炒青衣魚球。魚塊大小和厚度都恰到好處,新鮮無鯹味。雪菜切成跟毛豆一樣大小,同魚一齊食中和左雪菜嘅鹹味。好少食毛豆,第一次食咁嘅配搭,很有新鮮感。毛豆微粉,幾好味。毛豆同魚柳一硬一軟嘅口感咁嘅配搭唔錯!加埋啲沙律菜做伴菜,一眼望去整體予人感覺清新。女人有兩個胃,食完主菜就算幾飽都總有胃口食甜品,更何況啲甜品咁好味呢!蓮蓉西米焗布甸好夠熱,用匙羹中間冒煙。唔會好甜。面頭薄衣入面布甸腍。蓮蓉唔會太多蓋過布甸嘅味道。沒有想過中式的粥麵店,可以有如斯多的變化!
