傳媒未講之前已經收到風話大榮華灣仔店將會結業。趁仲係容易book 枱時當然要來支持一下。椒絲腐乳通菜中規中矩。菜膽雞隻雞啱啱熟,骨裏面仲有少少血水。以廣東菜來講係perfect doneless, 不過唔係人人接受到。我就覺得冇問題。今晚嘅主角係龍躉兩味。炒球火候控制得非常好,裏面啱啱熟。另外夥計建議將啲骨用避風塘做法,好味到連平時唔肯食骨嘅朋友都食咗幾舊。嚟到大榮華當然唔少得嘅係豬油撈砵仔蒸飯。仲諗係第一次嚟到,淨係用豬油同頭抽撈食咗三碗飯
