To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日請半晝假去書展，先要祭五臟廟，見呢度未試過，就睇睇佢個魚湯底嘅粥有幾得先...一坐底就循例望吓貼响四圍牆上嘅餐牌，決定先叫一碗白鱔粥，之後見到佢哋嘅鹹肉糭號稱天下第一，心諗"咁誇張?"，於是又叫一隻試試佢。糭先到，細細隻，用筷子撥開，感覺頗軟糯，綠豆份量相當多；鹹蛋黄紅噹噹，油水幾夠，唔錯；五花腩就比較細嚿，亦唔多夠肥，差少少；豉油調得有少少甜味，頗對我嘅口味。總體上說係一隻好糉，但稱之為"天下第一"就未免太誇la...粥煲得算係幾綿，吃一口，感覺係幾鮮甜，亦食到有少少魚味，但隨之而嚟係有少少頸渴，相信落咗味精，好好一個靚魚湯粥底就咁就浪費咗，但平均嚟講已經係合格有餘；白鱔大大件，好新鮮(因為D肉係彈牙嘅)，幫碗粥加咗唔少分...價錢唔算平，但確值得一試。下次帶愛吃粥嘅女友嚟試試先..^_^
