平時成日去荃新天地都會經過一間半開放式既餐廳,次次都會有陣好香味肉味傳出黎 搞到流哂口水,比佢吸引得太多次 決定真係去試一試睇下到底係乜野咁開。正如頭先所講佢係半開放式,有一半係餐廳入面,有另一半就係坐係商場果度 好似某S字頭CAFE咁,入去睇發覺原來餐廳係主打牛扒同埋米形粉。咁一於試下佢啦,果陣都順手問下店員有咩推介,佢就話2個人食二人餐會抵D 咁就決定叫個二人餐,入面已經有麵包 餐湯 米形粉 然後我主菜就叫左豬鞍 ,再ON TOP再加多一份安格斯牛。餐湯今日係蕃茄好濃厚茄味高質,麵包亦都出奇都好脆好好食,初初仲以為係雞肋,點知原來又幾好味 食得過 有心思。跟住就上左米形粉,我初時都唔知係咩黎,但其實個FEEL有D似意大利粉但再大粒D,做法類似卡邦尼,不過初初見到蟲草花都有少少眼突,但食落去其實出奇地夾,可以解到佢白汁既膩。主菜就係豬鞍,留意到佢用菠蘿去醃,食落去有香甜既菠蘿味令到味道有層次之餘,仲可以用菠蘿令到豬肉既纖維分解,食落去係非常之咁嫩 可以話係十分神奇。而牛肉亦都同時上左係佢地既主打,叫左MEDIUM RARE 見到上黎既時間岩岩好,火候控制到 肉汁多 肉質軟嫩無筋,而且
