To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出奇地好味嘅砂砂米線

早排見到譚仔三哥出咗隻叫砂砂湯底，其實即係喇沙湯，今日才有時間去試吓。問侍應砂砂湯底有幾辣，她說5小辣，咁我自己揀咗3小辣丶牛肉丶生菜配凍央，等咗5分鐘，先嚟米線。這個喇沙湯底的味道同向泰國/新加坡食店食果d喇沙湯底差唔多一樣，唔同嘅係因為我改咗3小辣，所以比正常喇沙辣咗。湯底配有韮菜丶芽菜丶腐皮，牛肉大塊同埋唔會硬實實，生菜的份量好似少咗啲。整體味道係好味，係估唔到譚仔三哥都可以做到喇沙湯底凍央⋯好味過凍啡，點解？因為佢哋係落得比較少奶，所以奶茶溝啡嘅鴛鴦係好味過就咁咖啡侍應姐姐都醒同好有禮貌咁帶位和落單，送餐果d姐姐都一樣好有禮貎
