To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🐻去左北角staycation，當然唔會錯過夜晚行逛一下北角炮台山小社區，順便捐窿捐罅揾下好西食🤓 今次諗住一心去買個出名湯丸試下，點知就發現隔離有一間人氣小店，原來係出名既上海美食外賣店啊 🥟 見到師傅係入面親手製作，今次仲撞正佢一底煎好既生煎包同鍋貼 😍 ⁡🐻の試食‼️✨ 生煎鍋貼 $10/3隻✨ 生煎包 $10/3隻✨ 紅油抄手 $25/8隻⁡雖然🐻買番去酒店有點路程，所以野食放涼左少少，不過都無減佢地既美味 🤤 生煎包食落有少少酒既味道，而且肉夠鮮甜而且包底微脆，一口一個好好味 😋 鍋貼都煎得好靚，而且點埋佢地既秘製辣醬（要問佢地攞啊❗️），超惹味 😆 另外，紅油抄手係🐻食過最好食，佢每粒抄手都超足料大大粒，而且佢地既醬料係麻而不辣，加埋滿滿既蔥粒勁開胃 😍
