五花腩:雖然有一定嘅厚度,但容易咬開,肉質軟綿鬆化,油脂甘甜!
肩里机:口感柔軟,油花密布,最適合蘸櫻花鹽提升鮮味。
肩口肉:同樣油脂豐富,燒到有微焦已令脂肪溶化,口感味道特佳。
西冷:牛脂濃郁,配搭微甜醬汁比較合適
肉眼:油花和肉味同時澎湃!
和尚頭: 稀有部位,脂肪不算太多入口冇咁油膩,也同時吃到肉嘅鮮味。
牛肋肉:稍微炙烤營造焦香效果,有嚼感絕對不韌。

和牛內臟都是每日三款限量出品。
我哋試咗牛腸同牛肝
牛腸薄切,烤得微微焦香,脂肪完全溶化令外皮夠脆,好吃得不似一般內臟,顛覆我對牛腸嘅感覺係又多肥膏又韌。

牛肝也十分出色,入口甘香😋燒汁略為調味燒過完全不覺有內臟的味道。

雞皮:難得可以自己燒雞皮而唔係已經燒好嘅串燒!竟然沒有想像中嘅肥膩,而係有種爽彈嘅口感。

雞皮餃子:口感再豐富一啲,包住美味嘅肉餡。
日式免治雞肉軟骨棒:加入軟骨碎免治雞肉又滑又香。

雞腎:趁熱食,好爽口唔硬,醃得又夠入味!
