黑松露蛋:好濃好香黑松露味,加上濃濃蛋味,高貴得黎又帶點實左。

再黎就到刺身,總共有3款:𩶘魚,金目鯛,左口魚。
𩶘魚鮮甜,肉質爽滑,帶少少紫蘇味。
金目鯛塊皮輕輕用火槍燒一燒,食落甜口之如有少少燒過既味道,又唔會太濃,岩岩好。
左口魚清清地,加少少醬油帶岀清甜。

食完刺身就開始食壽司,有八件,由日本師傅主理:油甘魚,鱸魚,帶子,池魚,松葉蟹,海膽三文魚籽等等。小妹比較鍾情啲濃味既油甘魚,帶子,松葉蟹同海膽。
油甘魚比坊間既好唔同,無論顏色定味道,呢款好濃魚油味,食落口有少少拖羅既油質,好好味。

松葉蟹腳好新鮮好多肉,師傅加左黑魚籽特顯高貴之如仲增加口感,鮮甜味美既蟹腳加埋脆卜卜既口感,層次感做得好好,完美。

海膽口感比較creamy,好有馬糞海膽既感覺,唔腥之如有甜味,海膽味又濃,好鍾意。
