作為串燒愛好者,今次嚟到紅磡嘅一間串燒店,可能因為早去嘅原因,所以仲有最後一張枱 (好似得5張),如果唔係都要等一段時間。覺得呢間餐廳嘅串燒出色嘅地方係因為食物嘅味道好好,而且價錢亦唔算貴,係好出奇地揾到好野食!中切鹽燒牛舌$28厚度啱啱好,而且燒得唔算太窿,所以食起上黎非常爽,推介👍🏻👍🏻海苔黑豚肉鵪鶉蛋 $26呢個應該係自己創作,個配搭都幾新鮮,不過我覺得黑豚肉再厚少少會更好,推介👍🏻牛油蒜蓉焗雜菇 $38一上碟已經好大蒜蓉味,加上食落去都非常之香,而且份量都幾多,抵食👍🏻泰式豬頸肉 $38睇到個圖都覺得份量唔少,都有成六至七塊,而且都肥美。雖然個燒豬頸肉味道普通, 但係配埋個泰式辣醬就非常之出色,推介👍🏻👍🏻蒜蓉燒茄子 $32之前去過一兩間串燒店嘅燒茄子都只係一兩串,見到呢間燒茄子係一條,就叫左試吓,點知原來出奇地好好食!佢加咗好多花生粒同蔥喺上邊,令到食落好有口感,而且份量都唔少,後來見到差唔多每一枱都有叫,推介👍🏻👍🏻
