Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間牛腩麵我已經係第三次食，每一次去都保持到水準，雖然單價比一般麵檔貴，但絕對係值得❃ 清湯蘿蔔金錢肚麵 $58呢度特別之處係用咗藥膳湯底，個湯濃郁好飲，唔怕會好重藥材味，恰到好處金錢肚炆得超級入味，而且好軟身～蘿蔔有三大舊都係好入味好甜非常juicy❃ 清湯蘿蔔牛腩河 $58湯頭同蘿蔔係一樣的～呢度嘅牛腩分咗好多部位，我今次叫嘅係最普通同最平嘅牛腩，雖然係比較瘦，但牛香味夠濃，而且唔會起渣份量亦都唔少㗎
