同老公去打波之前, 去醫咗個肚先, 天氣熱, 老公冇咩胃口, 而我心情依然沉重, 胃口一般, 所以打算去食碗粉算數. 經過泉記, 老公話未試過, 佢又鍾意食魚旦, 所以去試吓囉!因為我哋六點幾去到, 所以唔駛等位, 我叫咗紫菜河, 老公叫咗魚旦河, 兩碗都要多蔥. 之前食評中我已提及食河粉三大原則: 一、河粉要薄身及完整, 唔好碎濕濕. 二、湯頭要夠濃. 三、碗粉要夠熱. 泉記就正正做得好啦! 碗河粉嚟到出晒煙, 啖湯好濃, 紫菜好多又冇沙, 河粉夠薄但又唔碎濕濕, 食到最尾唔會俾河粉索晒啲湯, 正! 而老公就最欣賞佢o既辣椒油, 夠香夠辣, 老公本身食得好辣架! 見佢食到出晒汗就知啲辣油真係勁啦! 佢話啲辣油簡直係成碗魚旦河o既靈魂, 所以佢對泉記讚口不絶.其實可以簡簡單單同自己鍾意o既人一齊, 就算食河粉都係好幸福架!
