To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇餐廳名就知係新加坡菜, 嗰日有啲趕,同收銀員講了自己要求,確定了有足夠時間享用食物至落單(呢間雖然係餐廳, 但要先比錢後品嚐). *收銀員小姐有禮餐廳有室內室外,見室內已有1檯食客,當日由於太趕,隨意喺室內一張檯坐下.不久,我的海南雞飯送到,有碗青紅蘿蔔湯, 三款醬汁(豉油,酸辣汁,薑蓉),飯,同雞跟酸菜(伴菜). 雞的味道沒有特別,通常點醬汁,覺得會好味啲. 飯肯定不是白飯,但見顏色同其他食店的有些少唔同,唔確定係咩油飯,味道都OK,稍為覺得油香唔夠. 食完仲有時間慢慢去目的地。
