To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先要講返我唔係第一次嚟食呢間野，不過希望佢可以作出少少改善，所以先喺度寫食評，同埋分享一下我對間野嘅感覺同意見。我就以其中一日所食嘅嘢來做例子叫左一個豬肉拉麵加辣，同一個雞翼小食首先講吓佢嘅質素同味道：1.豬肉有三片，拉麵份量適中，湯嘅味道就比較普通，冇乜特色2.雞翼燒得焦脆，上面落咗少少鹽去燒，味道只有鹹味，而且肉質太乾3.辣度適中，唔食得辣嘅人都可以試吓之後講吓佢嘅服務，間野有收+1:1.一坐低會有杯茶俾你，但杯茶有機會係凍的，而且佢溝水得好嚴重，冇乜茶味好似飲緊水咁2.上食物嘅次序有啲亂，所有嘢一次過上晒，但好多時未食到嗰樣已經凍咗3.先叫嘢食但會遲食過後叫嘅人，（叫同一款拉麵）4.明明冇其他客人，都冇得自己揀枱坐，吧枱位置空間嚴重不足最後收費連加一$91除非以上問題有所改善，否則性價比算低

2.上食物嘅次序有啲亂，所有嘢一次過上晒，但好多時未食到嗰樣已經凍咗
3.先叫嘢食但會遲食過後叫嘅人，（叫同一款拉麵）
4.明明冇其他客人，都冇得自己揀枱坐，吧枱位置空間嚴重不足

最後收費連加一$91
除非以上問題有所改善，否則性價比算低
