To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同事離開公司大家庭,搞手在之前已經訂了四圍枱打算在lunch果段時間食餐好的,還同訂枱的侍應講要安排房間方便同同事影相留念,當時侍應都指著其中一個位置示意會在呢度隔間房俾我地,叫我們放心,誰知今日去到,見到啲同事在大堂的飯枱坐著,搞手就和負責的侍應了解情況,點知果個侍應居然話”冇講過俾房我地,我在呢度俾四圍枱你就得啦”,跟著我地搞手就梗係同佢起爭執,雖然最後佢都有間返間房俾我地,但因為lunch time,果個位置都已坐滿食客,要人走都有一定難度,最後真係有一枱唔肯走,我地就要局住同人地分享間房,好彩食到一半最後果圍食客都走,冇影响我地影相,但就真係俾稻香玩死.因為要等佢安排啲食客和隔返間房俾我地,呢度已經嘥左我地一個鐘時間,好在今日全部老闆在場,如果唔係都麻煩!講完故仔,依家就講下啲食物先,我地訂左一個$2000午市優惠套餐,係全包晏,所以所有野都set死晒,唔使煩!一開波就有一碟燒味五福大併盤,入面有燒鴨、叉燒、木耳、豆腐乾、油雞,叉燒好瘦,但幾大件,木耳,豆腐乾都幾好味,燒鴨同油雞都中規中矩。跟著黎既係牛肉球,粉果,酥炸鯪魚球和燒賣皇,每樣三籠,牛肉球我覺得比以前細舊了,燒賣

一開波就有一碟燒味五福大併盤,入面有燒鴨、叉燒、木耳、豆腐乾、油雞,叉燒好瘦,但幾大件,木耳,豆腐乾都幾好味,燒鴨同油雞都中規中矩。

跟著黎既係牛肉球,粉果,酥炸鯪魚球和燒賣皇,每樣三籠,牛肉球我覺得比以前細舊了,燒賣皇蝦都幾新鮮,粉果就一般般,酥炸鯪魚球細粒,又冇醬料點,有點唔夠味,但有魚味的。

到最後,酒樓送了每枱一鍋芝蔴糊和杏仁茶兩溝,個侍應仲強烈推介添,咁我地就梗係唔執輸,咦!又真係好好食喎!又食到芝麻糊既香,又食到杏仁茶既杏仁味,真係要俾個👍佢,再唔係紅荳沙了!好好的嘗試.!!👍
