星期六一早MARK實咗係尖沙咀海旁嘅化妝品活動,可惜天公不造美落咗個傾盆大雨。於是周圍行吓商場順便食埋飯。見到唐宮有個周年活動覺得幾趣緻就坐咗入去。蛋黃魚皮。作為小食,蛋黃魚皮近年真係大受歡迎。香脆可口之餘咸咸香香嘅味道令人胃口大增。邊食邊傾偈就最啱食了。白玉燒鴿。燒乳鴿做得夠乾身,表皮香脆食落唔韌有肉汁。唔錯。火焰波蘿。原個菠蘿咁上枱仲要加上酒精點火燃燒,真係有嘅誇張。哈哈。內裡嘅係菠蘿咖喱牛腩,味道唔會好辣。反而係因為加咗菠蘿去煮,令到牛肉更鬆腍,幾惹味。冰鎮咕嚕肉。睇食神就知冰鎮咕嚕肉嘅奧妙之處,炒完嘅咕嚕肉經過冰塊嘅冷卻,做到外脆內軟嘅口感,酸甜平衡嘅味道係低溫作用下更突出。建議等再耐一啲,等表面嘅酸甜山楂醬再凝結得硬身啲,就最好食了。脆蝦炸雲吞。同平時食嘅錦滷雲吞差不多,但肉餡更多蝦肉十分飽滿。外皮嘅雲吞皮做成菊花狀,有外表又有內涵,幾好食。肥牛叉燒。用咗牛柳去做成叉燒嘅效果,一方面有燒蜜汁嘅焦香甜亦有牛肉嘅濃郁。感覺比用豬肉做成嘅更有味道,因為有時叉燒做得唔好會十分乾柴,用咗牛柳就大大降低呢個風險。味道更有保證。黑金流沙包。竹炭流心奶黃包平時都食得多,但可以自己參與埋一分又

黑金流沙包。竹炭流心奶黃包平時都食得多,但可以自己參與埋一分又有新意。店員先送上一份未蒸嘅竹炭包同金粉液,等我地先係包面發揮創意。完成後再收走攞去蒸熟。

上枱時熱辣辣,好得意啊。奶黃又夠流心甜咸適中。依家連食包都可以DIY,俾客人自由發揮創意。加分唔少。

雖然落大雨令到整日行程受到唔少影響,但食返餐豐富食物都算係彌補返大家嘅心情。哈哈,天氣不似預期,但美食令人回味。
