今晚我們去咗大埔富善邨商場嘅「八戶屋和食料理」食晚飯!我們叫咗吞拿魚、油甘魚,三文魚刺身、香辣火炙三文魚反卷、香脆軟殼蟹紙米卷、明太子鮮貝煙肉串、日式奄列炒飯、鐵板蒜片牛柳粒、鰻魚炒飯、照燒鰻魚飯、黑松露石鍋牛肉葛絲湯、鹽燒鯖魚同紫薯甘栗餅!吞拿魚、油甘魚,三文魚刺身極之新鮮,肉質非常軟滑肥美,而且相當厚切!香辣火炙三文魚反卷嘅三文魚表面輕輕燒過,味道好芳香,加埋啲香辣醬一齊食,都幾惹味!香脆軟殼蟹紙米卷嘅軟殼蟹炸得好香脆,加埋啲生菜、青瓜絲同芒果條一齊食,令到味道相當清新,唔會有油膩嘅感覺!明太子鮮貝煙肉串係用煙肉包住帆立貝再加啲明太子舖面,令到賣相好吸引,帆立貝非常爽甜彈牙,煙肉相當香口,加埋微辣嘅明太子一齊食,真係超惹味!鐵板蒜片牛柳粒嘅蒜片香味,滲入晒牛肉入面,令到味道相當惹味香口,肉質非常嫩滑!黑松露石鍋牛肉葛絲湯嘅葛絲麵質相當爽滑彈牙,牛肉嘅份量都幾多,黑松露嘅味道都幾香!
