To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

坊間比較出名嘅新派肉餅飯有兩間，呢日有緣試到其中嘅呢一間。由於為食豬係芝士怪，諗都唔使諗要試六重芝士肉餅，另外叫多一個是日推介松露芝士牛肝菌肉餅。芒果沙冰($20): 天氣太熱，要整返杯透心涼嘅飲品。呢個芒果沙冰凍就夠凍啦，可惜冰粒非常大，芒果味仲唔多平均。松露芝士牛肝菌煎肉餅飯($58): 肉餅同飯嘅份量正常，菜都唔少。肉餅煎得好香，但說好的松露味欠奉，有點失望。肉餅中間夾咗少少牛肝菌同芝士。肉係半肥瘦，比較油膩，加上芝士令成個肉餅都好膩。六重芝士煎肉餅飯($60): 共有兩塊肉餅，似乎比較抵食。芝士係邊六重就唔太清楚，但份量唔少，而且目測用咗3款唔同嘅芝士，原來肉餅同芝士係幾夾嘅。同上面個松露肉餅比，為食豬比較鍾意呢一個。但同上面個肉餅一樣，肉餅係半肥瘦而且食到粒粒肥肉，加上六重芝士更顯油膩。
