年初一食午餐馬年初一睇完戲,到了夏麵館食午餐,兩旁的食客不是香港人,有日本人和大陸人,首先叫了擔擔麵,都幾辣;又叫了牛肉麵,牛肉幾軟身,好入味。接著叫了紅油抄手,幾野味,小小辣,最後叫了牛肉餅,要等十分鐘,似乎即叫即做,牛肉餅外翠內熱,要小心食,因為內裏的油很燙,容易燙傷口,小開小穿散熱先。
