To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間有年幾冇去過, 最唔鐘意食緊中途搬個客走俾位其他客, 食到好似走鬼咁, 新年流流食早餐又冇乜選擇下都要食, 預咗收貴啲, 坐低望住個餐牌套餐冇晒, 祇見雙併麵36蚊, 麵包加1蚊, 廚房嘢一律加10蚊, 最克制都係飲品, 冇加價, 但唔好開心住, 成張單要加10%, 叫咗碗餐牛面, 菠蘿包同一杯奶茶, 食完埋單盛惠69蚊, 平時食呢D都係大約40蚊, 足足貴咗50%有多, 值唔值得就見仁見智, 但我就覺得唔值同埋生意唔係咁做, 有得選擇的話呢間都唔會再諗
