To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前團購買咗啲譚仔三哥ge 50蚊coupon。晚餐兩個人叫一碗麵，一個皮蛋，一個青瓜小食，大家share 食。見到個餐牌有推介飲品，標榜著“新口味辛感覺“就覺得好吸引。叫咗杯解辣蘋果酸，都係覺得佢個slogan 好得意先叫。“ 解辣救兵三啖回魂“，搞到我真係好想試下d新飲品對“解辣“到底有冇效。😂 所以個餐加左10蚊配蘋果酸。去到譚仔三哥一定會叫尖椒皮蛋，正啊! 😍 佢有得揀尖椒，重慶口水汁同麻辣涼拌汁。個人覺得最好味係尖椒! (食完唔會口臭!😂😂) 味道唔會好濃，但配皮蛋好夾!最後覺得個飲品蘋果酸味道較淡，因為叫嘅嘢食唔係好辣，所以test唔到佢“解辣“能力。下次可以試下另一款!😂😂
