最近天氣凍咗,所以約朋友打邊爐。友人建議去shabu sen,話有壽喜燒加打邊爐。第一次食覺得唔錯,我哋點咗$369嗰隻日本產和牛壽喜燒。初頭店員有serve我地,教我地落咗肉脂肪先,出咗油就可以燒和牛,燒咗一面後就落壽喜汁,真係廿秒就燒晒兩邊,點埋個蛋食真係好正!肉質就幾好,入口即溶,但我覺得肉味唔太濃。個餐另外仲有牛舌、豚肉、海鮮等,都係任食的。但我都係覺得和牛、牛舌係最好食,所以只係不停encore呢兩樣。食到7成飽就轉壽喜汁湯底打邊爐,食返啲菜先得😅不過得90分鐘食,就比較趕同埋好難有機會一邊食一邊傾計😂
