To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🏠永年士多(元朗)突然想感受下車仔麵的情懷,就揀左永年士多外賣試一試,叫了個二人套餐,包兩碗四餸車仔麵,兩個小食和兩杯飲品。🥘四餸車仔麵今次叫左蘿蔔、墨魚丸、雞翼尖、豬紅。雞翼尖好稔,而且有六、七隻,墨魚丸只得兩隻,其他份量正常。湯底揀咗小辣,剛剛好,不過朋友揀既中辣就食得有點困難。湯底叫了麻辣味,吃起來有點甜味,混合一齊稍嫌甜度較高。麵底我揀左米線,是幼身既,口感不錯。朋友揀了「魚蛋」,陳皮味重,肉質厚實,真材實料,有嚼口!🍹永年奶茶樽裝版,茶味重,甜度適中,欣賞!
