月初同朋友食飯,提起我好想試韓國嘅生醃蝦蟹,朋友即刻話可以幫我喺好出名嘅醬缸訂到位。正常佢哋訂位要等最少六個星期,朋友居然兩個星期就訂到。當日餐廳打嚟CONFIRM人數,仲叫我地嚟吳松街嘅新分店。先點呢度嘅招牌醬油蝦/蟹食下先啦!味道鮮甜,用簡單方發醃製,唔會搶走蟹本身嘅鹹鮮味。反而我個人最欣賞喺呢個醬油蝦,肉質鮮甜彈牙,用嚟同埋個紫菜白飯一齊食真係一流!之後叫咗幾味其他韓國料理,但喺真喺認真嘛嘛,所以都唔會喺度介紹。要提一提佢哋未有酒牌,所以想飲酒嘅就要自攜喇!
