日本立式壽司文化當道,終於黎左食好出名既「立鮨」😍 第一次企喺度食壽司,感覺幾特別,店內嘅裝修用上和風做主調,俾人感覺好舒服,又唔會話好逼, 就算大家企晒喺度都唔會有種壓迫感。🤣首先我最欣賞嘅,就係呢個「櫻花蝦玉子燒 兩件$25」鹹鹹地嘅櫻花蝦,配埋微甜,燒得香噴噴嘅玉子燒,又咸又甜,口感非常豐富,再加埋爆汁嘅三文魚子,簡直係味覺嘅享受,一大衝擊,一定一定要叫呢個嚟食呀!😝令一個令我地好驚喜嘅就係,個名好普通嘅「鰻魚手卷$18」鰻魚暖粒粒,非常juicy,用脆卜卜嘅紫菜包住,連埋粒粒分明既日本飯,加埋應該就係我食過最好食嘅鰻魚手卷!🤪「三文魚子壽司$15」係店主推介㗎,非常值得一試,師傅一擺上台,我哋就好驚訝,因為啲三文魚子多到瀉晒出嚟,一咬落去,濃烈嘅海水味一湧而上,好好食啊!😭另外想講下啲火灸壽司都係好好食,我哋試咗火炙三文魚,火炙牡丹蝦,火炙帆立貝,火炙左口魚,全部都好高質!😘未試過立式壽司嘅朋友,推薦大家嚟呢間,係品質嘅保證!😏👌🏻
