To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放假,一早已經約了女友的幾位同事和上司(阿哥)中午飲茶,除了慶祝我升職之外,亦想答謝女友的幾位同事對女友在工作上的照顧和加愛。中午十二點半來到中環,食飯的人潮果然如滔滔江水,人頭湧湧,於是更加快腳步來到約好了的“寶湖”等位,幸好女友午飯時間一點前就有位!等了約十分鐘,女友的幾位同事和“阿哥”就來到了,這時預先落單的點心亦剛好上檯。我們六人合共點了以下點心:招牌蝦餃皇:皮尚算薄,餡料幾足,蝦亦鮮味;蟹籽蒸燒賣:一般水準,味道不錯;金粟百花球:蝦膠上黐滿很多粟米粒,蝦膠幾彈牙,粟米粒亦很甜;香滑麻茸飽:女友的同事話這裡的麻茸飽很好食,我和女友share了一個來吃,麻茸果然很好味;雙色水晶飽:應該是奶黃和麻茸,我吃了麻茸,水晶皮很薄而麻茸亦很滑,不錯;翡翠鳳冠餃:綠色的餃皮應該是加了些如菠菜的成份,餃上面放了很多蟹籽,外觀幾特別,味道卻一般;白灼時蔬:菜心很綠,健康之選;XO醬炒蘿蔔糕:蘿蔔糕是一般酒樓貨色,沒味道一般,雖然有少許XO醬的辣味,但放得很精致,應該真係不是炒的;蜜汁叉燒酥:幾脆,味道不錯;五香咸水角:不明白為甚麼是“大點”,不覺得特別好食,一般酒樓水準;蒜茸蝦春卷:皮脆,一

豉油皇炒腸粉:我沒有吃,但見幾受歡迎,應該是不錯;
香茜叉燒腸:因為太飽,我沒有吃,應該也是不錯;
山竹牛肉球:牛肉幾滑,幾好食。

這裡的茶錢原來不平,每位要$10,六個人要$60!

不過難得有機會和女友的同事以及“阿哥”同檯飲茶,言談甚歡,其他的已經是不重要!

這次小弟請客,價錢不便透露。
