To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次用譚仔會員apps 去到即刻有姐姐帶位入座 在講咗有會員後還快就拎咗張連檯號QR code來，介面簡單明瞭 有咩優惠都會即時展示出來，以前都係食開湖南酸辣湯底 今次就試咗重慶酸辣湯底 大家都係酸辣但真心好唔同，重慶酸辣湯底係醋酸味，鍾意食醋嘅值得一試！之後嗌咗土匪雞翼，四川青椒皮蛋！ 個人唔鍾意啲雞翼咁腍，但味道都有水準，而四川青椒皮蛋，一如既往咁好食，重點係佢啲汁香辣適中，加上辣青椒，令到皮蛋更加有惹味！因為青椒係粒狀，唔會黐住皮蛋令唔鍾意青椒嘅人都可以食！
