To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去海洋公園玩完，朋友介紹食呢間三哥，見係新開咁就試下啦。初初以為係普通三哥，原來係忌廉哥主題餐廳，裝修都算企理乾淨。同細佬share一個過橋米線，特登要三哥酸辣試下味，上枱果陣聞到超重辣味，以為必死無疑啦，但係食落又唔係好辣，我諗同酸辣差唔多啦，係差陣味者。米線本身唔使講啦，食黎食去都差唔多，不過三哥酸辣又真係唔差，最少細佬原本話食小小，食下食下都食左一半😂不過我都係鐘意普通酸辣，貪佢陣酸味重不過呢間三哥嘅價錢係貴小小（好似係），都係賣裝修者
