19-8-2022(Fri)晚睇電視,見到介紹青衣一間老餅舖,做蛋黃雞油豆蓉月餅同鴨膶月餅,我見未食過而且又可以買一個,而唔係一盒買,於是search吓,就search到呢間,我同老公嚟過青衣涌美村老屋村兩次,有一次走嘅時候經過呢間,我哋喺大前日(20-8-2022 Sat)特登走嚟買.見到蛋黃雞油豆蓉月餅賣$50.00一個,鴨膶月餅就賣$80.00一個,咁各要一個啦,老公見到佢有$6.00嘅公仔餅,貪得意又要一個.買嘅時候,店員打開膠片拎時,老公即刻話嗅到好香月餅豬油味.我哋喺青衣食完晏返屋企擺低先,兩個月餅拎上手,似鴨膶重過蛋黃雞油豆蓉,鎊吓先,兩個重5兩(7安士).之後由於我想試吓公仔餅,於是雖然係飽,都掰少少嚟試,呢個係完全冇饀嘅,食落就係軟腍腍嘅餅皮嗰類.味道:2.7分到前日(21-8-2022 Sun)朝,我同老公切開嚟當早餐食吓,先試蛋黃雞油豆蓉月餅,佢內有瓜子肉,豆蓉滑唔太甜,蛋黃唔夠油,成個感覺唔油膩,不過電視播嘅時候,店主已話其實已經冇用雞油.而鴨膶月餅呢?一打開就嗅到膶味,對比起,雞油嗰個香味唔太濃烈,鴨膶月餅切起嚟較實,佢都係綠豆蓉加瓜子肉,但蛋黃係碎嘅.膶煙
買嘅時候,店員打開膠片拎時,老公即刻話嗅到好香月餅豬油味.
我哋喺青衣食完晏返屋企擺低先, 兩個月餅拎上手,似鴨膶重過蛋黃雞油豆蓉,鎊吓先,兩個重5兩(7安士).

呢兩款都用豆蓉做唔用蓮蓉,我估係減少油份,令油膩感大大降低,醒目,不過,都係少食多滋味,多食壞肚皮.
