To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日會議排得滿滿的,都在港島區。早上在銅鑼灣,開完會才11點多, 下個會是兩點在中環,早知我就不取消在尖沙咀的午餐約啦!算了先吃飯吧, 一個人的午餐不知選什麼好,最近的飯約太多, 都吃膩了。於是在崇光門口抬頭望, 被傷心酸辣粉黃色的招牌吸引了, 想著我從來未吃過, 不如就輕鬆吃碗粉,再找家咖啡店嘆咖啡吧。我選了皇牌口水雞套餐配酸辣粉套餐,配凍檸茶。酸辣粉我選了中辣,配料本身已經有肉醬、蔥花、菜莆、花生等等,紅薯粉煙煙韌韌的,粉量剛剛好。但中辣好像也不是很辣,吃得很舒服。皇牌口水雞很大一份,紅油很香,辣度比酸辣粉強一點, 雞肉皮爽肉嫩,好吃。另外貪心加了份乾撈牛肚, 也是中辣。乾撈牛肚主要是用了乾辣椒碎、香料、蔥花、芫荽等, 其實入口會覺得較乾澀,牛肚質地也較硬實。所以我還是把他放到粉湯裡,就變得很好吃了。
