媽媽最鍾意食中菜,今晚帶咗佢去銅鑼灣「探花」品嚐精緻高質中菜🥢店內環境裝修以鮮花為主題,感覺好優雅,茶杯同餐具都好別緻哦,啱晒女仔打卡影相餐牌上嘅食物選擇都幾多元化,有點心、小食、湯、主菜、蔬菜、甜品等等話梅汁車厘茄店員先送上餐前小食,新鮮紅橙車厘茄用話梅汁浸泡,酸甜開胃好juicy紫雲淮山鮮淮山因為浸泡過火龍果汁,所以呈鮮紫紅色😆淮山口感爽脆,配上日式芝麻醬,感覺幾fresh蔥香萵筍絲加入左蔥油一齊炒嘅萵筍絲,口感好清爽,帶有微微蔥香鹹蛋黃竹炭蘿蔔絲酥餅一上枱已經有陣鹹蛋黃香氣撲鼻,酥餅外皮超輕盈酥脆,內裏包着鮮甜蘿蔔絲同鹹蛋黃碎,味道好match鮑魚酥原隻鮑魚喺酥皮撻上面,口感彈牙~底下有炆得好入味嘅冬菇粒,配上香脆酥皮撻,幾好食拔絲咕嚕肉咕嚕肉份量都幾多,加咗菠蘿同三色椒,顏色鮮艷,呈現拔絲效果,睇見都流晒口水呀!咕嚕肉已經去骨,外脆內軟,啖啖肉,佐飯一流古法炒紅蝦新竹米粉超幼細嘅新竹米粉,加咗紅蝦、韭黃、雞蛋絲、芽菜等等一齊炒,炒得乾身唔油膩,好有鑊氣,好好食呢!
