To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗🚇元朗逛街，順道食埋晚飯，突然諗起好似好耐無食泰國菜，於是就到《小曼谷泰國美食》！黃咖喱海鮮材料有魷魚🦑、帶子、青口和蝦🦐海鮮外，重有青紅椒🫑及洋蔥🧅混合係黃咖喱裡面，每一啖都有著濃郁的咖喱及椰奶香，再配上厚薄適中的烤薄餅🫓，非常好味😋！泰式拼盤蝦餅🦐、魚餅🐟、春卷和雞棗，而個人最喜歡🥰吃的是蝦餅，炸得香口，不油膩，入口彈牙，再搭配調好的酸甜蘸料😋美味！椰皇沙冰🍹椰肉和椰水一起打成奶白色的椰皇沙冰🧊質感軟綿綿，每一啖都可以飲到冰凉甜香的味道👍。珍多冰🍹杯中果凍狀的粉條色彩繽紛，有椰漿的香味，也帶點似香蘭的調味👍食泰菜必飲！
