呢間位於麒麟徑嘅妹姐打冷小廚其實即係隔離新金榮啲分支,睇佢個餐牌就知。每次一嚟就係為咗佢個鐵板薑蔥魚扣,佢地用嘅係烏頭魚扣,魚扣即魚胃,需知一條魚只得一個,所以同魚鰾一樣要儲儲埋埋留起一堆先炒到個餸。很好此物,大概小童彎起嘅尾指咁大,個樣白潺潺但入口係極爽口又唔腥,而且店家用薑蔥爆佢直情係絕配,每碟雖然蔥蒜較多,但都有廿幾個魚扣算係咁,極好送酒又滿足嘴饞。講完我心目中嘅主角,其他綠葉都有一定份量,否則點可開舖多年。怕全碟炸大腸太滯胃,拼炸豆腐就啱哂,大腸底下墊左幾片菠蘿,又解吓啲油膩。黑椒魚雲茄子煲、䜴油皇炒麵都係夠鑊氣之作,尤其炒麵落好多洋蔥去兜,冇一般大排檔嘅令人皺眉嘅過鹹,又係三扒兩撥食哂。
