鮨政應是開業不太久的日本料理,或許舖面正門不算起眼及視線略給一條行車天橋遮擋著,直至最近途經才發現。從正門窺探入內,餐廳地方不大,除一般餐桌卡座外,更設有壽司刺身吧檯,用餐時可與師傅交流及欣賞其手藝。裝潢整體感覺簡潔,富和風味道,相信是一間可令人期待的日本料理。適逢要挑選家庭聚餐的餐廳,二話不說提議到鮨政試試。在訂座過程中發生了一些小插曲,希望餐廳多加留意。事緣在週日黃金時段一氣預訂下十多位,顧及餐廳大小,需落訂金是合理安排,店方建議的一千元訂金也一口答應。不過,事隔兩天,正當準備前往嬓付訂金之際,突然收到店方電話需追加訂金至二千元,另有最低消費安排,理由是接洽同事不清楚公司規矩。老實說,訂金是一千或二千個人並不介意,介意的是餐廳的信諾安排。不要說因自身理由收少訂金,就算因此少收貨品服務價錢,個人亦不會追收差價,以守承諾。餐廳訂金安排合理,但予人感覺不好亦是事實。至於最低消費安排,更是另人費解,餐廳又不是安排廳房供使用,一般散客又不需嬓付最低消費,為何人多就有此安排?餐廳理由又是不能說服客人的「公司規矩」。希望餐廳多作員工培訓及減少不能說服客人的公司規矩。因為是晚聚餐人數多,用餐時難免
因為是晚聚餐人數多,用餐時難免比較混亂,亦未能品嚐每一款菜式,只能品評當中一二。
先嚐沙律小吃,分別點了海鮮沙律、八爪魚蕃茄沙律及蕃茄沙律。沙律主體基本上一樣,皆是田園雜蔬配上香醋,特別之處是當中加入海帶,多添一份清蔥爽口。海鮮沙律面上以蟹籽、帶子及三文魚作海鮮食材,只要用上的刺身夠新鮮,要取中上分數實在不難。至於其餘兩款沙律,共通主角鮮蕃茄都算肉厚多汁,酸爽清甜挺開胃。小吃芥辣八爪魚,芥辣強度點到即止,八爪魚富口感而不韌,亦算是一道惹味的餐前冷盤。清酒煮蜆是是晚唯一的熱食小吃,海蜆厚美甜度一般,用上的清酒湯汁亦未見特別。
