星期五晚忽然間凍番咁多,當然要搵番D熱野食啦!係銅鑼灣搵到呢間新餐廳,又Sell燒肉海鮮又有刺身,當然要試一試。勁多人,不過油煙就大左少少,但係我地坐角落位,所以唔算好大油煙感海鹽+黑椒,呢個組合加燒汁黎沾野食最正!有高湯同清酒比我地自己加煮野食時加清酒煮蜆呢道菜真係唔少得煮7丶8分鐘左右就開蜆啦!湯汁甜甜咸咸又有DD辣,味道幾豐富。而蜆的肉質都唔錯,冇咩死蜆,味道幾甜送左一盤燒海鮮比我地,有鮑魚丶扇貝丶海蝦丶花蟹同埋燒蠔,重送多個蟹蓋甲羅燒添!鮑魚原隻連殼燒,肉質幾腍,味道清甜。而扇貝大大隻幾好肉,都唔錯海蝦同蟹比較難燒,小心燒燶呀!甲羅燒就味道比較甜,味噌味唔算好重,但係蟹膏香都幾正呀!燒蠔,好多汁,唔錯!刺身款式都唔少,最驚喜既係吞拿魚竟然都幾肥下。估唔到係放題形式的店鋪可以有呢個質素既拖羅部位老老實實,放題D炸物成日都中伏,但呢度我竟然有Encore!!炸雞翼同埋豚肉餃子都唔錯,但最正既係炸鮮奶,外面酥脆,而入面奶漿甜甜地,好食~!燒肉時間到~~~~~~~~叫左牛舌丶牛柳肉丶一口牛丶牛仔骨丶五花腩等部位一次過叫哂,好正!當一口牛同嫩牛柳遇上炭火,油脂滴落炭火發出滋滋聲,再燒到表

鮑魚原隻連殼燒,肉質幾腍,味道清甜。而扇貝大大隻幾好肉,都唔錯
海蝦同蟹比較難燒,小心燒燶呀!
甲羅燒就味道比較甜,味噌味唔算好重,但係蟹膏香都幾正呀!

一口牛的肉質較嫩滑,油香味重;而牛柳部位就油脂較少,肉香比較重得黎都幾軟身,唔錯
凍既天氣食燒肉再加杯啤酒,真係熱氣到爆炸,但又好爽
