通常如果係同媽媽兩個人出街我地都會叫一個沙律或者前菜同埋加一個主食一齊分享。首先沙律叫咗個柚子煙鴨胸沙律🥗呢度嘅鴨胸都係無骨帶皮嘅,先經過醃製再煙燻,有啲做法係加入蜜柑汁或者橙汁,呢度就選用柚子,可能因為看重柚子有非常特别嘅味道。醃製完後仲會經過煙燻過程,感覺呢個步驟更加可以鎖住醃料味道同埋鴨胸本身嘅肉汁,咬落肉厚多汁又食到啖啖嘅柚子酸香味🍊主食就叫咗個四重芝士鮮茄焗豬扒飯粉量好足茄汁又係酸酸甜甜唔會覺得好油膩好種負擔嘅感覺👍
