今日係個特別嘅日子 爸爸係30號生日正日當然一家人慶祝細細個我成日記錯爸爸31號所以每年31號慢慢變成有個習慣係我同爸爸撐枱腳慶祝💓今年爸爸話想食意大利菜 所以經友人介紹 搵左呢間位於跑馬地嘅意大利菜平日嘅夜晚黎到 幸好有訂位餐廳已經滿座😳睇餐廳裝潢用簡潔嘅黑色做主調 再加個半開放式廚房感覺帶點新派摩登嘅感覺應該會係比較新派嘅意大利菜~🇮🇹雖然感覺係新派 店員仍然用西餐fine dining式招呼我地安排入座後細心詢問要sparkling定still water同為我地擺好餐巾😊態度十分友善店員其後遞上餐牌餐牌係簡潔嘅兩頁 店員再為我地推薦招牌菜等落左單之後遞上嘅係烘得熱熱嘅三款包:分別係蕃茄包、黑橄欖包、五穀包最愛五穀包 包身鬆軟帶麥香 外皮暖暖的口感煙韌得黎帶點脆😙Spanish Tomato Cold Soup奉上一個意式蕃茄凍湯蕃茄同青醬呢個組合都唔陌生但蕃茄凍湯上面有真係初體驗🙈係湯上面加左畫龍點睛嘅青醬豐富左個湯嘅層次感💓個芝士就唔洗講 再將個湯又帶到高一個層次凍湯因為無需烹調 所以如果要夠濃郁好味 好靠本身蔬菜嘅新鮮度呢個湯蕃茄味極濃 而且好鮮甜🍅Burrata Chee

雖然感覺係新派
店員仍然用西餐fine dining式招呼我地

另外再用上切成薄片嘅西班牙臘腸 帶鹹香而不油膩
菠菜非常嫩 而且吸收哂香腸油份嘅精華 非常好味

簡單兩款前菜已經睇得出主廚嘅心思同對食材味道、組合嘅熟悉程度🤤令我更期待之後嘅主菜

Sauce唔係單純用芝士造成口感較重濃稠嘅忌廉汁
食落會較傳統Carbonara light 而鹹蛋已經完全融入左個sauce度 包裹住每條螺絲粉
而個螺絲粉做到al dente嘅煙韌口感 果然係意大利菜嘅執著🙈 呢個嚼勁亦令到味道唔單調 滲出從鹹蛋散發出嘅多一層鹹香味😙

煙燻風乾嘅味道好香 薄切將個味道控制得好好 感覺點到即止 同鹹蛋嘅鹹味相附相承而無半點過鹹🤤

海膽意大利飯之前都食過 多數只係普通咁舖係面
但呢個燉飯嘅湯汁都啖啖溢出海膽鮮甜味道
真係要用鮮甜黎去形容😍 完全半點腥味都無
意大利飯生熟程度剛好 果然係正宗意大利菜 唔會為左入味而煮得熟爛 變成稀糊狀
飯粒仍然粒粒有分明有咬勁

Tiramisu除左本體仲多左個用espresso整成嘅冰砂
Tiramisu口感夠creamy我鍾意 底層有濕潤而充滿咖啡香嘅餅乾
而冰砂其實無咩苦澀味 相反係好濃嘅咖啡香😋
用上冰砂呢個做法亦更添清新感☕️

每一道傳統意大利菜都比左我地新嘅體驗 新嘅感覺💕
色、香、味不用話下 再加上盡見主廚Angelo嘅創意同對西班牙菜嘅熱誠
呢餐我地令我地重新定義意大利菜🇮🇹
