詳細閱讀咗佢個菜譜竟然會有廣東菜黃金蝦呢一樣嘢果然係陀地師傅傑作真係滋味拖油拖得唔靚會出水又整得啱啱好唔會過鹹其實應該上海舖頭一年四季都應該有蟹粉菜式我知唔係季節但係佢哋會儲起一樽蟹粉以前鷺鷺嘅嘢食佢都有我曾經講過佢根本就唔係地道嘅上海菜基本上佢都可以還原返上海菜嘅神韻以前嘅毛蟹炒年糕係用毛蟹做嘅食得比較方便亦都係用地道嘅上海汁煮嘅個醬汁會比較杰身同甜蟹汁混埋傳統上海醬汁加上年糕真係好知味呢度嘅蟹 味道走唔到去年糕上面建議拍碎啲蟹再炒蜜汁火方真係唔好食水流流咁漏曬落隻手到黐立立酒釀丸子連丸子都未熟就夠膽上枱反而松子魚就真係幾好食生果唔係罐頭貨海蜇頭煙韌有咬口醉乳鴿軟熟夠入味獅子頭都唔錯火腿津白片火腿真係一流半肥瘦可能真係要改一改食堂地方啦

其實應該上海舖頭一年四季都應該有蟹粉菜式
我知唔係季節但係佢哋會儲起一樽蟹粉

以前鷺鷺嘅嘢食佢都有
我曾經講過佢根本就唔係地道嘅上海菜
基本上佢都可以還原返上海菜嘅神韻
以前嘅毛蟹炒年糕係用毛蟹做嘅
食得比較方便
亦都係用地道嘅上海汁煮嘅個醬汁會比較杰身同甜
蟹汁混埋傳統上海醬汁加上年糕真係好知味
呢度嘅蟹 味道走唔到去年糕上面
建議拍碎啲蟹再炒
蜜汁火方真係唔好食
水流流咁漏曬落隻手到黐立立
酒釀丸子連丸子都未熟就夠膽上枱
反而松子魚就真係幾好食
生果唔係罐頭貨
海蜇頭煙韌有咬口
醉乳鴿軟熟
夠入味
獅子頭都唔錯
火腿津白
片火腿真係一流
半肥瘦
可能真係要改一改食堂地方啦
