To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日精選午餐揀左個黑椒牛柳粒煎蛋飯，餐飲要埋個紅豆冰，都只不過係$36。個黑椒汁味道係唔錯嘅，牛柳粒個量都足夠，雖然隻蛋唔係荷包蛋，但呢個價錢有咁嘅質素，抵嘅....我一開始係咁評價的。但直至我食左大半時---😑師傅，乜咁客氣啊...我都無話要''加料''呢舊係膠紙，一舊巢左嘅膠紙，一舊送左入口再吐返出黎嘅膠紙。嗰一刻，諗住立即同侍應姐姐反映嘅，但我朋友個咖哩雜菜飯已經食完，我嘅就大概得返三分一，嘈都無意思，就算換個新俾我都食唔落啦。咁之後我地就頭也不過地埋單走人了。餐飲業最緊要係乾淨衛生，畢竟係俾人食落肚嘅食物，希望呢種事情唔會再發生係任何一位顧客身上。

 個黑椒汁味道係唔錯嘅，牛柳粒個量都足夠，雖然隻蛋唔係荷包蛋，但呢個價錢有咁嘅質素，抵嘅....我一開始係咁評價的。

嗰一刻，諗住立即同侍應姐姐反映嘅，但我朋友個咖哩雜菜飯已經食完，我嘅就大概得返三分一，嘈都無意思，就算換個新俾我都食唔落啦。咁之後我地就頭也不過地埋單走人了。

餐飲業最緊要係乾淨衛生，畢竟係俾人食落肚嘅食物，希望呢種事情唔會再發生係任何一位顧客身上。
