新年就黎到,趁得閒再去辦下貨先,今日去左九龍城。買完一輪野,已經四五點。咁睇下有乜野食買埋返去做晚餐,經過見到鎔記潮洲飯店,掛出黎既紅腸、墨魚、豬腸都好新鮮,色水又靚。行到埋去飯店門外,店員熱情介紹,問我地有咩唔食,亦建議我地可以叫拼盤試下,乜都有啲。咁我一於試下,拼盤有紅腸、生腸、豬大腸、 雞腎、豬頸肉同墨魚。我就最鐘意墨魚,生腸,夠哂爽口,好咬口。另外紅腸都好鐘意,夠哂入味。點埋啲汁醬,好醒胃。
