To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然西九8樓food court 係劣食之中既劣食，仲好臭Tim,但我呢排成日都會行好遠過去買外賣因為食過咁多間口水雞，呢間真心唔錯：- 👍個汁夠辣、夠曬蒜味、雞件又掛汁（餸飯勁正）-🐔雞既份量好多- 雞切到岩岩好一口既份量、去骨去得好乾淨（啖啖肉）😍- 呢個質素泥講，佢係勁抵，一份去骨口水雞（$40）、白飯一碗（$6）食過第一次之後就經常幫襯，希望老闆好生意長做長有👍因為睇得出佢整得好有heart 👍👍👍🙏我好小會打正評，呢間良心小店的確值得支持💪🏻
