Hong Kong Style Food Stall Noodles Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得何文田呢個美食沙漠係有特色小店，呢間開左大概幾年既地道館到宜家都仲係咁多人。環境係比較新既設計而唔係舊式車仔麵d店咁，下午真係好受歡迎坐得比較逼。叫左一碗車仔麵（咖哩魷魚，魚腐，腩肉，腸仔），秘製汁另上。成碗麵一拎到台就覺得勁野味，滿滿咁盛裝左哂成個碗。秘製汁都幾辣下，好彩另上左。成個麵都算大兜，夠哂飽。值得讚既係魷魚幾爽口，魚腐係炸過既。杯奶茶就合格，茶奶平均。除左車仔麵之外都仲有其他野可以試下。
