一入店已經係泰香撲鼻係個陣泰菜味呀!坐低店員已經好快咁先遞上一盤蝦片🦐,正呀喂!!然後諗都唔使諗即刻揀定咗食佢個大熱「泰大鑊冬蔭海鮮麵」,揀埋配料同飲品就等食泰大鑊嚟到真係好大獲呀呢次,又有帆立貝、又有卜卜蜆、又有魷魚、又有蝦再加埋肉碎同泰式公仔麵,真係食邊樣先好呀??店員提醒話湯一滾就可以熄細啲個火慢慢食,以免公仔麵會痴底。首先攪散四隻蛋黃變成蛋花,等佢同湯底混合。然後滾起就可以開動喇!帆立貝同蝦都大大隻!帆立貝個紅膏係我嘅至愛滾熟都仲係咁滑口,而且大大舊一啲都唔韌!蝦就索晒冬蔭功湯味,好爽。魷魚份量又多又有口感!啲料夾埋麵同湯一齊食,真係不得了呀!!店員仲要好勤力成日會過嚟加湯,我飲完一啖又一啖食晒個泰大鑊就可以加埋揀咗嘅配料令佢變成冬蔭功火鍋!叫咗佢嘅手打三色丸+竹笙蝦滑同牛板鍵三色丸好有特別,分別係:手打流心鹹蛋黃墨魚丸+手打冬蔭功蝦丸+手打蝦丸。三款都好彈牙,好足料,墨丸係食到一粒粒墨魚係入面架。而流心鹹蛋黃墨魚丸就真係幾有驚喜嘅味道,鹹鹹香香咁。竹笙蝦滑嘅竹笙外層吸晒冬蔭功湯底,咬落去啲湯湧出嚟再加埋蝦滑口感好正個人比較推薦呢款配料可能因為我又鍾意竹笙又鍾意冬蔭功湯牛板鍵選

牛板鍵選用美國牛,肉質豐富而且肉味好濃!就算放入去冬蔭功鍋度滾完都唔會蓋過咗佢個牛味,讚
